WWI Dalmore Branch - P28

The black & white images here are all from the collection of Wayne O. Abbott, who was a US sailor, stationed at Dalmore during WWI.

His grandson presented copies of them to Invergordon Museum and it is planned that they will be available to view on their website in due course. Some of the photos came directly from the U.S. Naval History & Heritage Command.

Since the original article was published, more information has come to light about the identity of the Hull & Barnsley 0-6-0T (see picture below).
